Teta Lincoln is a highly motivated and goal-oriented professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in international public health and health systems development. Specialising in systems strengthening for low-income settings, Teta has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills in her different capacities as Programme Manager, Programme Advisor, and Project Coordinator.

Her work at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and international organisations as well as local government has focused on promoting the health of vulnerable populations, especially women and girls and children under-five, ensuring no one is left behind. With a strong commitment to health systems strengthening and resilience, Teta continues to drive impactful initiatives and foster partnerships to advance public health outcomes globally.
