Biography

I completed my PhD in Microbiology at Aston University and joined LSTM as a postdoctoral researcher, working on projects related to COVID-19 and tuberculosis. I later moved into project management and now support a portfolio of research programmes focused on global health.

Research interests

My research interests include global health and health equity, particularly in relation to the Global South, women’s health, and child health. I am also interested in infectious disease, antimicrobial resistance, and approaches to capacity strengthening. My work aims to support the translation of research into practice and to strengthen health systems in settings with the greatest need.
