Biography

My backgroud is in zoology and freshwater ecology, completing my undergradaute degree at the University of Liverpool in 2021, with my dissertation exploring the ecological drivers for the evolution of intelligence in cephalopods. I spent some time travelling in South America and assisted on a primate behaviour research project in Kibale National Park, Uganda. I got my masters in Conservation and Biodiversity in 2024 from Lancaster University, working with the ZSL Fish Movement Group and the Environment Agency to investigate movement patterns of Anguillid eels trapped in UK freshwater systems.
