Dataset for 'Gas Chromatography–Sensor System Aids Diagnosis of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Separates Crohn’s from Ulcerative Colitis, in Children'

GC-sensor data (.asc file format) from the stool samples of children with a confirmed diagnosis of IBD (n=72) and age/sex matched non-IBD controls (n=72) with other gastrointestinal conditions. There is also data files generated from 37 IBD stool samples 3-months following treatment.
