Description
Transcriptome sequencing of diflubenzuron (DFB) insecticide resistant and susceptible Culex pipiens mosquitoes from Greece and Italy. This work focuses on assessing whether metabolic resistance due to the over expression of detoxifying genes (e.g cytochrome-P450s, glutathione-S-transferases, ABC transporters) co-occus in DFB resistant Culex pipiens mosquitoes.
